My experience
Meng installed the Jishang carpentry for my recent remodel. After a faulty China adapter tripped the supply and a washing-machine call-out cost me $150, he switched the appliances over to Singapore Type G plugs for free. He also pointed me at a cheap Taobao under-sink drain accessory to organise the pipes. WhatsApp is 8458 3507. I put commmunication and responsiveness at 4 reason because he is not extremely responsive. But then again, he is always on site. He was at my place doing installation on day 1 and some other days as well. So most of the time, he does not have time to check on phones.
