My experience
Recommended by Aurora Floorworkz. I mainly liaise with Mr Ng through WhatsApp using Mandarin, mostly sending voice text. Communication is all right but not the best. Some areas of my place are not painted well enough in my opinion even though he did 1 round of touch up. Overall, still value for money.
