My experience
Among all the contractors I have worked with, Yongjin is the most reliable and responsive electrician. When going through the electrical points and where to place them, he also offer foresight as well, which is important in this trade. In my experience, the best way to contact them is through whatsapp, my commmunication with them has been through whatsapp using either text, but mostly voice in mandarin. However I've also listed down their email (gotten from their website) but I'm not sure if anyone is managing the mailbox.
